Yes, but the basic principle is that users should buy credits which they need to use on the platform for making purchases and other payaments. When you request for credits withdraw, we will deduct 6% of the total amount you may wish to withdraw. So, we recommend you to purchase only the credits you need to use on the platform.

Credits is a virtual Kwacha currency (digital money) that is used on the platform for making all monetary transactions e.g. paying membership subscriptions, buying products and services etc. When you purchase credits, the real money is kept in our bank account.  All the credits circulating on the platform have their real money kept in our bank account until a seller or a user requests for a withdrawal. Then the requested funds get transferred from our bank account to the seller's bank account.
